In a remarkable display of dedication and teamwork, the domestic violence team at Lenyenye Court have surpassed all expectations by reaching their target of 100% case finalisation by week 6 in their 100-Day journey. Within the first week the team had already finalised 88 cases. With a baseline of 102 cases, the team’s relentless efforts and the cooperation of the judiciary officers have paved the way for this outstanding achievement.

The clerk, in particular, has gone above and beyond by working late hours and consistently providing invaluable assistance to improve service delivery. Furthermore, the team has been fortunate to receive full cooperation from the magistrate, whose support has been pivotal in their ability to meet their goal.

Having already achieved their goal, the team’s focus now shifts towards reducing turnaround times in processing court cases. A big consideration for the Lenyene court team now is to explore ways in which their court can sustain this momentum.
