Leadership support is essential to achieve impact.
Inadequate funding and resources imposed some challenges during the implementation.
Competing priorities in terms of focus and responses to vulnerable groups and special programmes was a challenge to manage and navigate.
Some teams took longer to constitute teams after the leadership design workshops and this led to fewer days left in the 100 days to implement the work plans.
The overall excitement and the wanting to learn attitude was the “Wow” of this group. Despite all the challenges they kept on going till the end.
