Goals

Reduce the current total backlog of sexual offence cases from 58 (45% of total offences) to 46 (25%) within 100 days.

Reduce the current total of sexual offence cases from 4473 to 2236 (a 50% reduction) within 100 days.

Eliminate the backlog of active maintenance cases, reducing the total from 134 (including a backlog of 30 cases) to 0 within 100 days. Also, reduce the turnaround time from 30 days to 20 days.

Reduce the outstanding criminal matters roll from 203 to 24 (an 88% reduction) within 100 days. Additionally, ensure DNA collection is done once a month by engaging the service provider, instead of the current frequency of once every two months.

Reduce the turnaround time for serving documents locally from 6 weeks to 3 weeks, and for service outside the province from 8 weeks to 4 weeks.
