Initiating Leaders
Development Programme

Once an MOU is signed,  initiating leaders participate in a short orientation and guidance program on organising End GBVF 100-Day Challenges in their court, municipality, TVET or community.  Participating leaders will also have access to individual coaching sessions on their leadership style, courtesy of the Ford Foundation’s global “weaving resilience” program. 

Time commitment for the initiating leader:

  • Face-to-face session with peers – 1 day
  • Online programme guide – total of 5 hours, spread over a 2-3 week period.
  • Guiding the Ambassador and the Team – average 1 hour per week, for 100-Days

Memorandum of Agreement for the Leadership Development Programme to be signed by the organisation representative.  Declaration of commitment to be signed by the nominated programme participant.
