Role and Attributes of a Team coach Coach Role The Coach will support the 100-Day Team during their 100-Day Sprint, including:Facilitating the 100-Day Challenge Workshops – Start-Up, Refresh and Scale-Up.Checking-in with the Team Leader at least weekly, to see how they are doing and to offer support.As needed, facilitating weekly team meetings and build the capacity of the Team Leader to do this.The Coach will also update you if issues and/or delays arise, and brainstorm ways to handle these.
